The Commerce Department’s Internet Policy Task Force will take a close look at the Digital Millennium Copyright Act’s notice and takedown system, and the FCC’s Communications, Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council will begin to look at ways to implement the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
